Posing

Arrived in Northumberland for a weekend spent in the company of my brother and his wife and, of course, the fine sunshine we'd been having earlier in the week had disappeared by the time we got down there. A trip out in the mist to have a look at the surrounding lie of the land meant we eventually stumbled across Dunstanburgh Castle and had a rather more circuitous route back to the cottage than we intended. Mainly due to not being able to see where we were going.

I've no idea what he's doing here with this pose. Perhaps he's checking which way the wind is blowing...
