Heading back

Getting into King's Cross station, on the way back to Edinburgh. I'm completely exhausted - spent all day standing up, speaking to prospective clients, hauling freebies around, catching up with people... I really enjoyed it. It was a major confidence booster to find that yes, I can turn up and talk about our product and set up consultations and quotes... Even though I'm ostensibly the company secretary. (But actually also credit control, half a salesperson, and most of the support department.)

So, my first business trip has been a big success. I had some adventures, too. Someday I'll write a book, if this sets precedent... I feel good. And knackered. Home now please...
