Troon

JT working again, so I had the day to myself. A few chores plus bike ride, visit to mum and sis then a walk on the beach at Troon followed by a 35 minute swim. We didn't go far, it was like a washing machine! I managed 35 minutes which I'm really pleased with since I didn't wear a wetsuit. Well, the other 3 were going in skins so I wasn't going to be the only wetsuited wimp! As you will se from the extra I was happy, as was K (on the right).
