Seeing the woods

Given the weather was supposed to be awful it was a bit of a bonus to get out for a nice walk after my dad had headed back north.

Bike ride in the late afternoon was a set of ridiculously intense intervals. It's a relief that coming up is an easier 'recovery' week...
