Down Below

This is what you see if you look straight down from our windows in Morningside - the back gardens of all the houses jigsaw together. We're up on the top floor, so we have the pleasure of looking at them without having to do any hard graft.

It rained a bit this morning, and then turned dull and cloudy. 

I went to the Modern Art Gallery to see the Joan Eardley exhibition. Powerful pictures, she liked grey skies, so she'd have been suited this afternoon.
