RESISTANCE

It always amazes me how many excuses I can make not to get down to something, even when it is something I love.  The course notes, the sketchbooks and the pencils sit tidily on my desk, while I scrub floors, mend sheets and make beds - all of which I find boring. 

I could excuse myself by mentioning the EIS strike, which is cutting into the course and making it feel a bit disjointed.  Not that I have any difficulty with the EIS's case - just that when I end up having two weeks to do my  homework I don't use that space to do twice as much.

Is there any hope for me?
