GETTING ON WITH IT

I had to do a lot of walking in the rain this morning as the car went in for a service at the other end of town - they didn't have a courtesy car available - and then I had another visit to the dentist before I went back to collect it. I got fed up waiting for buses and decided I needed the exercise, if not the soaking! It meant going through two parks and seeing lots of spring activity. These were my favourites, a nuthatch feeding young in the nest box, and a wren very busily nest building or repairing.
