mill at Solva. I have vague memories of a happy holiday in the village aged about 8, and do still recall an introduction of cryptography from a young couple waiting, like us today, for the rain to ease. It was a simple substitution cypher based on the phrase 'CUMBERLAND HOG', which conveniently has 13 letters and no repeats. 

Weaving looms have their place in the technological history of computers; digitally programmed with iterative patterns, stored (although not here) on a form of punch cards. 

The whitebait and moules for lunch added to the delight of a wet Welsh day.
