Three for the price of one....

For the architects amongst you....At the top of the tor....the church of St michael de la Rupe...built around 1155 AD...despite the efforts of the devil himself to destroy it.....Legend says that every night he tore down all that the builders had made during the day....
Centre ...the little pyramid shape building...is known locally as The Pimple....was designed by Edward Lutyens, no less, to house the entrance to an underground reservoir and was built in 1914...one of my favourite Dartmoor places...
Finally, a 20th century building in a rather nice setting...but a bit too close to the main road for my liking....
Another drab sort of day...went shopping not blipping.....
