Another day, another footie match

So today went like this...
Up early to help set up goals for u11 football match.
Watch footie match - first time I've watched C play and was v impressed. He only took up football this year and has come on loads. Great to see him getting totally involved and playing well.
Take down goals and put away.
Back for coffee
Try to muster enthusiasm for run, fail so go out in garden instead. Empty and turn compost heap into next compost bin. Top up potatoe bags with new homemade! compost. Weed beds. Plant cabbages & nasturtiums out in beds.
Eat cake, drink tea.
Hang up washing.
Look on Strava see that rest of drinking team from last night have all been out for run. Feel guilt, head out for run. Run 6 miles (when I say run - it was a run/walk/stretch because heel was v sore so needed to stretch calves lots)
Collect A n D from nets, bath D.
A then collected C while I cooked tea.
Ate tea, fell asleep.
