New year resolution III

If at all possible, I would have posted a close-up of the expression on the smoker?s face, across the street.
Part disbelief, part contempt for the unknown, part amusement (but very small part).
In a nutshell it said: what is this muppet up to, taking photographs of cigarette butts in the middle of this busy lunch-time street?

This muppet is a blipper.
He has approximately 42 minutes of daylight during his lunch break to take a few shots in natural light.
