Baby in the woodpile

A pair of Great Horned owls have made a home at our local Lowes, a big hardware store. This is one of the babies peeking out from a wood pile. The extra is of Mom (or Dad) keeping an eye out from the rafters.
Really neat how they ignore all of the shoppers and made a home in such an unusual place. The store has done a great job setting aside space for the owls.
