Fungi

Well it is autumn and it's that time of year for fungi. This looked as though it was oozing out of the tree in no particular pattern. Will have to go back to see how it does.

I'm still not sure whether the sawn off bit is a branch or a log lodged into the trunk, but the tree did look rather old.
