Evil hearts and queens

If you've played Hearts you'll know just how evil these cards are. Joyously they weren't mine.

There were other, less evil, card games...shed (as Anna was taught it but they both now know the real name which causes a lot of giggling) and oh heck.

And a dog walk. And buying some new plants for the garden. And a trip to the gym. And a roast beef dinner. And Billions.

Unfortunately for Anna this all happened to the backdrop of her coughing and spluttering her way through the day. Two days of resting seems to have done little to improve her lurgified status and it seems unlikely she will be at school tomorrow.
