Newcastle at twilight

A lovely day in Newcastle with daughter K. Visited the castle for the first time - the views from the keep down the Tyne were great. Also visited a couple of favourite pubs, High Bridge for more views and then the kittiwake colony on the Tyne Bridge. After a superb Indian meal we strolled along Quayside as the sun dipped and finally set. Were lucky to catch the Millennium Bridge being raised and lowered to allow a pleasure boat through. Couldn't decide which image I liked the most so there are a couple of extras.
