The Grebe & the Eel.

Having no time for a trip to the park today I popped down to the river by the foot bridge later in the day. There were two lovely little Canada Goose Goslings - one features in my extra photos. Then, from high up on the foot bridge, I spotted this Great Crested Grebe catching a little eel - after dropping and retrieving it several times it did succeed in swallowing it.
