Footbridge

A bit of rain overnight - hurrah - but it stopped around 7 a.m. so we went out for a walk for an hour or so.

After breakfast I set about some  household chores  - washing, cleaning and tidying. Then it was on to checking our computers to make sure that all the latest security patches are in place ahead of the predicted carnage on Windows computers tomorrow. I think the whole world had the same idea as it has taken hours to finish! Fingers crossed we are all secure. The nasty thing about this one is that you don't need to open anything or click dodgy links.

Good result for Lewis in the Grand Prix - an interesting race to kick off the European Season.

Another walk late afternoon and I stopped to photograph this 'bridge' over the beck in the woods. It looks like an old trailer deck just dumped between the banks. It gets very slippery when wet - and there are holes in it which I always worry about the dogs putting their paws through - especially Finlay as he can't afford to lose another one.
