Necessary

It's necessary to stop,
to breathe,
to really smell the coffee;
to stop in the middle of a walk and shout into the distance that you are well and truly alive and whilst doing so use the word fuck.
It's just necessary to take the oxygen from the sky and let it fill your lungs as though it's the first time and maybe, just maybe, it's the first time you've ever truly lived...
