Marchmont

The view from the bedroom window this morning. Such a difference from the view from my own bedroom window. Stayed overnight with friends who live in lovely Bruntsfield/Marchmont. I enjoy being in the midddle of Edinburgh so much. It's great - so convenient, beautifully open over the Meadows and the Links. Out the back there are these tenement flats. Popular with students and of course John Rebus lives here. As do quite a few Blippers. Our friends have been here for 18 years and it's a perfect place to visit.
