Rain Shower, Helensburgh

I was in Helensburgh today for Brendan O'Hara's re-election campaign which was followed in the evening by a fundraiser and launch event in the Victoria Halls at which I spoke.

It wasn't the best day for campaigning  however given the steady drizzle which, in the late afternoon, gave way to heavy showers.   

The cruise liner moored at the Greenock Terminal had been looming in and out of the mist but eventually I managed to catch this framing in a wet street leading down to the sea front.
