"Oh! Hello!"

Saturday 13th May 2017 (1722)

My friend went to her conference today and I got on with some work. I was sitting at the dining room table using the computer when there was a little bump and then I noticed this new visitor inside my conservatory. He had flown in through the open window. 

Priority one was to close the kitchen and dining room doors to contain him in the conservatory dining room. Second priority was to take this photo, pity he had his eye closed, but he was quite calm. Then "how do I get him out?" I went to get the conservatory door key but by the time I returned he had found his own way back out the window.

My friend returned late afternoon and we went for a photography walk in the local nature reserve before dinner.
