Morning Mural

This morning I woke early, so I opened the window covering to watch as the night became day while I continue to stay in the bed. Once I could see pink, I grabbed my camera and walked out onto the second floor deck just off of our master bedroom. The sky was beautiful.

Honest the rest of the day was just a blur. I had forms and paperwork to get to the campus so I can earn college credit for the workshop I attended Friday and Saturday and will continue to attend for two more Saturdays. The PG&SL committee have to approve anything we want to use for credit regarding Professional Growth. So I'm hoping they will recognize the significance of the course that four instructors from my department are taking.

Then there was paperwork here at home to attend to. Finally, I was able to do some of my "teacher" prep for this week and especially my classes tomorrow.

This day was quite hot and humid, which is rare for southern California. The clouds looked like they might grace us with some rain, but no, and then so sunset, but just gray, gray, gray at sundown.

Now it's LATE and I'm headed to find the Sandman and get to slumberland. Good night from Southern California.
