Pride

Today was my first day of training for my job as a Group Leader in the IS 171 after school program through the Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation. It was awesome and any apprehensions I had just melted away. I am so excited to be working with kids again and doing these fun programs! Training is for the next week and a half and I start officially on the 24th! I can't wait :)

On my walk home I passed the firehouse by my house and loved the sign on the door. :) Definitely proud of where I come from.
