Run Away! .............. Run Away!

Summer has gone - Winter is back!
Not sure what the Rhododendrons will think of it. I suspect this year's beech nuts will be fine.
I am not sure if the holly made a good catch or got hungry.

The monsters were fine and dandy this morning but by the time they had finished lunch and I took PD out things were going downhill.

I was taking some daft pictures in the woods like the fairies crossing guide and the broken tree  when I was spotted by a young Antipodean whose curiosity got the better of her and had to ask the weirdo in the wood what he was photographing.
She had a good laugh when I showed her what was on the camera.

When I got back to the house there was no laughter.
The Cygnet was truly horrible to his sister and had a complete meltdown when he was told to pack it in.
I ended up having to carry him up to his room while he screamed blue murder.
About 10 minutes later he had come to his senses and came down and apologised.
That is a step forward!
It doesn't mean that I wasn't happy to get away home though.

I think a drink is called for.
