Mince

I was back in the cafe again this week and it was steady all morning.  The afternoon was taken up with dealing with the rest of the venison, half as mince and half as stewing steak.  There has been a change of plan for dinner.  C. caught a trout yesterday and kindly gave it to me so the planned venison steaks are on hold.
