Ready meal
I put dried butter beans with cumin seeds, garlic, rosemary and olive oil in the bottom of the pressure cooker with some water. On the tall trivet, I placed a steamer basket with seasoned lamb neck on a bed of rosemary and garlic. I set the programme (meat for half an hour) and the timer, and went out to Zumba. When I got back, I roasted some aubergine, mashed the cooked beans with olive oil, and made a sauce with the liquor in the pressure cooker. It was a brown meal, but quite tasty.
