Off to India in a couple of weeks so very relieved to get the visa through. Having been told that I would not be able to pick it up at the passport delivery office, imagine my surprise when I received the following message by text.

Your processed application ref no. ACED/05746717/0004/01 is ready for collection(Visa)/courier(Non Visa Servcies) at India Visa and Consular Application Centre. Collection time between is 4pm-5:30pm.
