Caught a sunrise

its not very often i am awake early enough to see the sunrise, but today was one of those rare occurrences. Had a long day at work dealing with all sorts of different peoples problems, came home ate tea and was then dragged out around the Haven to take photo's of swallows...mine were pants so stuck with the first shot of the day :). Thank crunchy its Friday tomorrow and weekend off :)
