Classic View

This is a picture postcard view of Trentham Gardens taken from the top of the Italian Gardens looking down towards the lake.

I spent nearly 3 hours here this evening after work. Just beautiful weather, light and quieter than during the day. A perfect way to end the day.

The extra is the swans bedding down for the night. She has 6 little ones and they were just out of shot near the water's edge. I just loved this cygnet who was so fast asleep.
