Blues and twos

The peace was shattered by the whirring of a helicopter so close to my flat then the sure s started so being me I had to go out to see what was happening.

From piecing info together a man was running away from the police and jumped a bridge before wading along in the river. Not sure if he was caught but with the road cordoned off and even the police divers/boat out it made for a more exciting lunch than I was expecting.

Update: it's now 2.42am and I'm still awake! Why? Well a certain man called Andy Murray has yet again increased my stress levels by taking the US Open to 5 sets! Fine when he's playing in my timezone but not so good when it's still evening in NY!
