Glolympic Finale

Been an amazing day today, celebrated my brother, Rob's birthday with a Jack the Ripper tour/walk/pub crawl round Whitechapel - and I must say, Ripper-Vision did a fine job, Johnny our guide was superb, highly recommended, he is extremely knowledgeable on the history of the area and very respectful of the fact that we are talking about 5 women who lost their lives in an appalling fashion.
Later that evening, Agnes and I, inspired by a glimpse of glo-sticks in the Paralympic closing ceremony, kept ourselves amused with our own Glolympics party with some glo-sticks I had here at home, would have bliped one of those photos but the Fireworks, presumably from the Thames Festival, stole the show lighting up the horizon.
