What's Out My Window

A pair of bluejays harassed a pair of cats for well over three hours today. The cats took turns watching the birds, and I watched the cats. Those jays squawked the whole time, just yelling at those poor indoor cats, who could do nothing but stare and swish their tails. I doubt if  the birds would be so brave without the glass to protect them. Now the drama is over, the cats are back to their naps and the jays have flown away. It's quiet.
