My Kitchen Window

This is what's outside my kitchen window. You can see the creek isn't exactly right up at the house. But there are often photo-worthy things out there! The thing that looks like a hedge rather close to the window is forsythia - on which sadly the buds all got frozen this year and it ruined all the blooms.

I'm off to town with my *boys* tonight to have dinner and a play! So I'll not be looking at your journals.
