Le Canigou from St Lucie

Some 90 kms north is a lovely nature reserve called St Lucie by Porte La Nouvelle.

Standing at the top of the hill we could see Le Canigou in the distance with the whole range having far more snow than usual at this time of year.

They say that Catalunya stretches as far into France as you can see Le Canigou.  Still got a long way to go!
