Rosemary, Olive and Thyme

We took a break for coffee at our newly discovered favourite coffee shop in Copenhagen. Emmery is a chain of organic bakery and coffee shops across the city. They bake the best chocolate cake ever, and every shop has a trademark set of baskets outside the door, containing a little olive tree, rosemary and thyme.

Back in the UK now - I will miss Emmery's deliciousness.
