A bit of a steamy blip! It is vegetable curry with all the veg we had lying around...cauliflower, parsnip, courgette and peppers. It was ok, but not my fav dish I've ever cooked.
Still waiting to hear about mikes possible job, so if he hasn't heard by 2pm tomorrow, he's giving them a ring. My phone interview is set for Thursday at 11am, not the most convenient time as I can't take it at work so am having to take at least the morning off. There is nowhere at work I can go and be certain I won't be disturbed. So I will spend tomorrow doing some preparation as there isn't any work for me to be doing at the moment!
