Clackmannan Tower

I went to visit Clackmannan Tower today as part of the doors open day. It is a tower that is not normally open to the public so it was great to get the chance to have a look around. This is a pic from the oldest part of the tower and it was the room which the family who lived there would have stored all of their food, it also had a well in the floor of the room so that they could get access to water without leaving the building.
