Apple muncher

As much as Noo likes cake and chocolate, he can be quite easily persuaded to have an apple.........sometimes. Today was one of those days. Today was also the first day that my back felt much better........after GravyC picked me up under the arms and "dangled" me! Unorthodox but effective.

A first aid refresher day today - a nice change from the usual.
