This is the view .....

..... When I left the gym !
It all looks tranquil more than I felt when I left , I was exhausted. Not feeling on top of the world, pushed myself rather . Still expect it did some good!
The sun shone just long enough for my washing to dry, I had to make a trip to the bank . That done I think that's my lot for today.

Thankful ..... I managed a little exercise .
