Wonderful ...... Hackney ? !!!

I have spent over 40 years riding on the train through Hackney - well today was a day we got off the train and went and explored part of this inner city borough !! What a pleasant surprise !
The modern museum was full of interesting stories of the past - places and people

After lunch we walked up to the church - this blipper in my picture  has family in Australia so he was very keen to blip the grave of Admiral John Hunter - who was on the first ships there and the   2nd Governor of NSW !
( Hunter Valley, where the wine comes from, is named after him  )
