Red Rose

Today was the last day that I was looking after Bo and as I left their house early this morning I spotted this miniature red rose; there were two, but this bud made the better picture than the fully open one.
 
Quite a cold day although it has not rained. The bees are still hanging in the Cherry tree, so I doubt it will rain just yet.
   
Finally, this morning, the courier collected the exercise machine that my husband has been using to help his replacement knee. It should have been collected last Wednesday, this was the fourth day and time that we had been given for its collection. I wonder how many other pieces of NHS equipment are sitting around in people’s homes waiting to be collected?
