"It's kind of big"

...my colleagues motivated the choice to send their present by mail. Indeed! This supersize parting present from my former colleagues in New York arrived today. It is a huge print of the beautiful drawings by Maria Sibylla Merian, an 18th century Dutch naturalist who described a lot of the Surinam flora and fauna. A classic work that I am looking forward to reading. Thank you so much!
