The day started with blue sky but it became increasingly cloudy. Interesting clouds though, rather than the flat grey we sometimes get. 

The photo was taken as we walked the path that follows the line of the road from Ambleside to Kirkstone Pass. Coniston Fells on the left and Langdale ones to the right
