The road less traveled

10 hours driving and  2 on a rocky boat. That's how long it took to get home from the Gulag Archipelago! I could have gone to Canada in that time! Mallaig ferry cancelled cause Calmac don't have a ferry that can cope with that stupid pier so had to hoof it to loch Maddy to a ferry that was fly booked and take a chance at getting on as standby. Thanks to the skill of the car deck crew the first three cars got on. My god but the amount  of campervans! The place is overrun with them.
