Oakley Hall

Training day at Oakley Hall learning to deliver excellence.

Have to admit I wasn't looking forward to it. Over the years I've been on so many of these initiatives and rarely, if ever, have they made a long term difference.

But I suppressed my cynicism and participated fully and I enjoyed it more than I expected.

I still need to see what happens over the coming 6 months but let's hope that it proves to be a success.

Anyway the hotel seemed very nice and very busy with musicians, clay pigeon shooters and us, seeking excellence.
