What's Outside My Window

Through the window's my best view
of goldfinch, greenfinch, chaffinch, too;
tom tit, great tit, each relation
visiting the feeding station;
dunnock, robin, blackbird, thrush
chomp on mealworm, seeds and nuts.
Seed supplies drop, inch by inch,
feeding every needy finch.

Thank you for all the lovely comments on my wind-whipped waves. The wind's dropped now, and the sun's finally breaking through this evening after another dull day.  Must now go and fill up the bird-feeders!
