Keeping Things Light

We received a phonemail last night to see if we could take Owen and his mummy up to the Hospital to the Out of Hours as Owen's was struggling with breathing. He was checked over and given an oxygen mask to help then a nebuliser mask to open up his wee lungs, poor wee scone just didn't know what to do with himself. From here he was taken to A&E, booked in there then onto X-Ray and from there to pediatrics ward where he was checked over and his breathing listened to as he was bit crackly down one side they think it has been  a  virus which has got a bad hold and his wee body was struggling .I left him and his mum cuddled on the bed trying to sleep and I headed home. They kept him in today but had to keep giving him the nebuliser and it was very touch and go if he was to get home tonight. We received a phonecall with some good news he was allowed home not so long ago.
Its a time like this when everything else becomes unimportant and you focus on what is .      xx
