With our offer on a house accepted, there is plenty of prep and packing to do. At one point Karen and I decided to carry a small bookcase between our flats. Although they are close by, by the end our arms were tired. Makes up for the lack of recent gym attendance.

In a busy day, there was time for a cuppa from my favourite mug.
