Cardinal in the rain

The rain continued for most of today. When it became lighter I got out for a short walk i was looking to get he red wing blackbird to land on my hand but instead the cardinal showed up looking for food. The cardinal did not land on my hand but came quite close to let me know he wanted the peanut in my hand.
