Ready for action...

My run past the polo fields this morning... full preparations were underway for a day of polo, with horses and grooms starting to arrive.  Which means these guys will at last have some company.

It's the thick of the exams for my husband, so it was a day in the library, same again tomorrow.  I appear to be spectacularly under-skilled in finding fun (and cheap / free) things for me and the boys to do ,which leaves me eternally guilty that life isn't always great fun for them.  But we try.

The eldest today mastered how to say 'cow', which he is deservedly very, very proud about.  So we have quite a vocabulary... 'hi, bye, car, cow, yes, no, pumba (his brother), shoe and sheep). Horses are called 'clipity clop'.

The youngest has a cold and is teething - he spent the night in bed with us and was distinctly unhappy about life most of the night.  Poor boy.
